In 2019, we took on a challenge from a customer to design an attractive yet affordable warehouse for leasable purposes, resulting in the construction of the third building that year and the fourth in 2022. These properties feature coordinated colors, colored wainscot and trims, and strategic glazing to enhance aesthetic appeal without compromising affordability, making this a successful venture that provides the customer with high-quality, visually appealing leasable spaces at a great value.
